Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g minced meat
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bag of soup (tomato soup, e.g. with zucchini)
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 125g mozzarella
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the onion. Mix the ground beef with the diced onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Form small dumplings and place them in a greased baking dish. Stir the tomato soup sachet into the cream and pour over the dumplings. Slice the mozzarella and scatter it on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
