Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 60 g butter
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 2 tbsp rum
- 60 g raisins
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Fat for frying
- 1 pc. dessert sauce (vanilla flavor)
- some powdered sugar
Instructions

a sweet temptation
Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, rum, and vanilla sugar. Melt the butter and add it to the pan. Add the flour, salt, and yeast and knead the dough. Wash the raisins and add them. Let the dough rise well. Heat the oil in a pan until very hot. Shape the dough into small dumplings and fry them in the oil until golden brown. Arrange the baked mice on top of the custard and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
