Baked minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 onions
  • 2 packages of rolls (baguette, small), for baking
  • 1 package cheese (Gouda), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel or trim the onions and bell peppers and dice them into small pieces along with about 5 slices of cheese (more to taste). Set aside. Season the ground beef, knead it, and then mix in the previously chopped ingredients. Preheat oven to 150°C. Divide the ground beef mixture among the halved rolls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in the hot oven for about 10-15 minutes. Tastes great as a main course when you’re in a hurry.
