Baked minced steaks

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 800 g minced beef
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • olives, some

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the onion and finely dice. Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry, and chop. Knead the minced meat, diced onion, and parsley with the egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, cumin, salt, and a little pepper. Preheat the oven to 220°C. With moistened hands, form 8 meatballs from the minced meat dough, place them on a greased baking sheet, and flatten them. Roast on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Halve the cheese slices. Also thinly slice the olives. Distribute the tomatoes, cheese, and olive slices among the minced steaks and roast for about 3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
