Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mirabelle plums
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp honey or syrup
- 8 tbsp muesli (crunchy muesli)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve and pit the mirabelle plums. Place in small baking dishes. Drizzle with sour cream. Sprinkle with granola and honey. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 8-10 minutes. Makes 2 dessert servings.
