Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 250 ml pear juice (not nectar!)
- 50 ml cream
- 1 tsp butter (or amount to taste)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. white wine vinegar or fruit vinegar
- some herbs of your choice

Peel and dice the kohlrabi, and sauté in pear juice until soft (depending on your preference). Remove the kohlrabi from the broth. Reduce the broth. Add the cream and butter, and reduce a little longer. Add salt, pepper, and vinegar, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. Heat the kohlrabi in the broth and stir in the herbs.
