Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • Fat for frying
  • Pepper
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 2 Chicken schnitzel
  • Salt and paprika
  • Fat for frying
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel onion and chop finely. Steam the onion in the hot fat until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with pepper. Stir in the cream and let it boil down a little. Take off the stove.
  • Wash and dry the meat. Season with salt and paprika. Fry in hot fat.
  • Grease a baking dish on the bottom a little. Remove excess fat from the chicken schnitzel on kitchen paper and place in the baking dish. Spread the mushrooms on top. Sprinkle the whole thing with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
