Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 large mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 slice(s) ham, raw
- 3 tbsp cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Break the stems off the giant mushrooms and chop them finely, mix them with the cream cheese and finely diced ham, and stuff them back into the mushrooms. Place the mushrooms side by side in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
