Baked oats with banana and nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g applesauce
  • 100 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 10 g chocolate
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 handfuls puffed quinoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F). Combine the oats with applesauce and oat milk in a baking dish, add the cinnamon and flaxseed. Garnish the mixture with chopped chocolate and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the nuts and slice the banana. After 20 minutes, remove the oats from the oven and garnish with the banana, nuts, and puffed quinoa.
