Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 350 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Clarified butter
  • 300 g onion(s)
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • turmeric
  • 150 g quark (20%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

With a salad a main course for 4 people

Mix flour, 250 ml milk, a pinch of salt, and 2 eggs to make a pancake batter. Cook 6 thin pancakes one after the other in hot clarified butter. Dice the onions and fry them in a large pan with the minced pork, the crushed garlic clove, and the chopped parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric to taste. Fill the pancakes with the mixture, roll them up, and place them side by side in a small baking dish. Mix the quark with 100 ml milk, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the pancakes. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
