Baked peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 peaches
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 5 biscuits (Amarettini), crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 125 g cream, for serving

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dessert with amaretti

Halve and pit the peaches. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the peach halves cut-side up. Cream the remaining butter and sugar in a bowl until creamy, add the amaretti biscuits and mix well. Then fill the peach halves with the mixture. Bake the filled peaches on the middle rack at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until soft. To serve, drizzle with amaretto and serve with whipped cream.
