Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 8 peaches, peeled, halved and pitted
- 125 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 90 g flour
- 25 g oat flakes
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg

Blushing Peach Crunch
Preheat the oven to 200°C (160°C fan-assisted). Cut the peaches into large pieces and place them in a baking dish. Melt the butter over low heat and add the other ingredients. Spread the mixture evenly over the peaches. Bake on the middle rack for about 40 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and bubbling. Let cool slightly and serve with thick sweet cream or vanilla sauce.
