Baked pineapple and raw ham wholemeal toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of whole-grain toast
  • 8 slices of raw ham
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple or the same amount as pieces
  • 4 slices of Emmental or Maasdam cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Place the slices of toast on a baking sheet and toast for a few minutes. First, place the prosciutto on the toast, then the pineapple, and finally the cheese. Bake for about 12 minutes. Serve with cranberries and salad.
