Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork fillet(s)
- 50 g vegetable fat
- salt and pepper
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- 125 ml water
- 125 ml white wine
- 150 g crème fraîche (30% fat)
- Mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bag of cheese, grated (Emmental)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Trim the pork fillet and cut into strips. Heat the vegetable oil and brown the meat in batches, seasoning with salt and pepper and placing in a greased baking dish. Trim, wash, and slice the mushrooms. Brown them in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and let them brown slightly. Add the water and white wine and bring to a boil while stirring. Stir in the crème fraîche, season the sauce with mustard and Worcestershire sauce, and pour over the meat. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with fries or rice.
