Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pork fillet(s)
- 10 slices of raw ham
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 shot of Cremefine
- 1 tsp broth
- salt and pepper

Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and heat them in a pan. Add the stock powder and sauté. Cut the pork fillet into medallions and sear them. Then wrap the medallions in the ham. Place them in a baking dish with the fold facing down. Dress the mushrooms with a dash of Cremefine, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the medallions. Top with mozzarella slices and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) until the mozzarella is lightly browned.
