Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the rice according to the instructions. Mix the tomato paste with water and add the spices. Stir in the cooked rice. Cut several square pieces of aluminum foil. Divide the red rice between the foils and fold them into small parcels. Heat everything on a grill rack for about 10 minutes and serve.
