Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) (vanilla flavor)
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1 tbsp, heaped amaranth, puffed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan

Pour the vegan vanilla yogurt into a glass. Wash and halve the strawberries, and place them on top. Sprinkle with amaranth and serve.
