Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pork loin(s)
- 1 onion(s), chopped into cubes
- 1 can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- 5 tbsp chili sauce or Texicana salsa
- ½ cup whipped cream
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp sauce thickener
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the loin into approximately 2 cm thick slices and sear on both sides. Place in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until crisp and serve over the loin pieces. Mix the heavy cream, water, cornstarch, and chili sauce and pour over the bell pepper and mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
