Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 m.-large potato(s), new
- some salt
- some caraway
- some butter
- some fat for the tray
Instructions

ideal side dish for grilling
Wash and scrub the new potatoes. Halve the potatoes and place them cut-side down on a greased baking sheet. Melt the butter and brush the potatoes with it. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and caraway seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat: 200°C) on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. Tip: I had the best results using the fan/bottom heat.
