Baked potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes, mostly waxy
  • 100 g liver sausage (Palatinate)
  • 4 slice(s) black pudding, from the ring
  • 2 slice(s) cheese (Emmental), or other nB
  • 4 tsp, leveled butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Stuffed jacket potatoes

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Allow to cool slightly. Cut them in half and scoop out a hollow in the middle with a spoon. Set the scooped-out portion aside. Fill the hollows with liverwurst, leveling off the surface. Mash the scooped-out portion finely with a fork and spoon over the liverwurst. Place half a slice of Emmental cheese on top. Finish with a slice of black pudding and a little butter on top. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven) and bake the potatoes in a baking dish for 15-20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
