Baked potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato(s), waxy
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • sage
  • lavender
  • mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush it with olive oil. Place the potatoes on top, skinned and cut into four or six long wedges, depending on their size. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with plenty of fresh herbs: rosemary and thyme are a must, sage is fine, and lavender and mint are fine. Drizzle a little more oil over the potatoes and bake in a 200°C (400°F) oven for 45 minutes.
