- 1 kg potatoes, firm
- e.g. olive oil
- n. B. herbs, Italian
Instructions

Side dish for grilling or as a snack
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thoroughly wash the potatoes with their skins on, halve them lengthwise, and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Generously brush or drizzle the cut surfaces with olive oil and sprinkle with the herbs. Bake for approximately 40 minutes (less time for small potatoes). The potatoes can be seasoned with salt and pepper or various sauces/dips, if desired. They are therefore delicious with grilled meat (e.g., with sour cream) or with hearty meat dishes (with a delicious sauce).
