Baked potatoes from the Omnia

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, young
  • 6 garlic cloves or to taste
  • 4 tbsp olive oil or more
  • some salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 3 rosemary sprigs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Wash and dry the potatoes, quarter or halve them, and place them in the Omnia. Press the garlic or cut it in half and scatter it between the potatoes. Place 3 sprigs of rosemary on top. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Put the lid on and place the Omnia on the stovetop for 45-60 minutes over low to medium heat (depending on the stove). The potatoes should be nicely browned. I carefully check under the lid every now and then. The potatoes can be eaten with the cooked garlic as a side dish, for example, with grilled meat or fish.
