Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 potatoes
  • butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Caraway, (whole)
  • Aromat
  • Paprika powder
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

so delicious and totally low in calories

Grease a baking sheet with margarine or butter, wash the potatoes, then halve them (leave the skin on). Place them smooth-side down on the bottom, skin facing up. Then season the potatoes with all the spices, sprinkle fresh rosemary between them, or if you don’t like it, just omit them. Bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes. (It depends on the potatoes; never use the thickest ones.) Tastes great with all meat and grilled dishes, or simply as a dipping sauce.
