Baked potatoes with feta and rosemary

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • ½ sprig(s) rosemary
  • ¼ tbsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes, cut them into quarters lengthwise, and dice the feta. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the potatoes and feta on top. Sprinkle both with rosemary sprigs and sea salt. Bake the sheet in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. A dressing can be used as a dip, if desired.
