Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pumpkin(s) (Hokkaido)
- 125 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar

quick little snack
Preheat the oven to 190°C (top heat). Cut the pumpkin into eighths and remove the seeds. Place skin-side down on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the ham with butter, rosemary, garlic, sugar, and nutmeg. Spread over the pumpkin eighths. Bake for 30 minutes.
