Baked ravioli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of ravioli
  • 425 g tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ bunch chives
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the ravioli and reserve the sauce. Mix the sauce with the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives and basil and add to the sauce. Pour 2/3 of the sauce into a baking dish, top with the ravioli, and then the remaining sauce. Slice the mozzarella and top the casserole with it. Sprinkle the butter in small pieces over the top. Bake in a convection oven at 180/190 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Delicious and easy for kids.
