  • 14 rolls
  • 400 g ham, cooked
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, dice the cooked ham. Peel the onion and garlic clove and finely chop or mince them along with the chives. Then, combine the butter and cream in a bowl and mix. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients. Then, slice the rolls and spread them thickly with the cream mixture. Place them on baking sheets. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Tips: For a vegetarian variation, you can use red bell peppers instead of the cooked ham. The rolls also taste delicious with cooked ham and bell peppers.
