Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 bags of rice
- 1 can of vegetables (Bonduelle Chinese vegetable stir-fry)
- 1 handful of peas (frozen)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- Soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix (Asian spice)
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the rice as usual. Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Deglaze with soy sauce, then add the rice. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Asian spices. Let it simmer briefly. Serve hot.
