Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg savoy cabbage
- Salt
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- breadcrumbs
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the savoy cabbage, cook it in salted water, and drain. Once cooled, cut it into slices, coat them in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, and fry in heated oil.
