Blue Cheese Soup with Apple

- 2 piece Apples
- 150 g Blue cheese
- 15 g Butter
- 375 ml Milk
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Preparation:
- Peel and core the apples, coarsely chop the pulp, cut the cheese into pieces.

- 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Put the apple pieces in the pot and steam them until soft.
