Baked sheep's cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the feta cheese in a baking dish. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomato into pieces and arrange them on top of and around the feta cheese. Mince the garlic clove and scatter it over the remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for half an hour.
