Baked sheep's cheese 'Greek style'

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of feta cheese (200 g each)
  • 1 small onion(s), red, chopped
  • 1 m.-large chili pepper(s), red
  • 4 small cocktail tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some olive oil
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Drain the feta cheese and place it in two small baking dishes. Pour olive oil over the cheese until the bottom of the baking dish is coated with about 1-2 mm of oil. Season with pepper to taste and sprinkle a pinch of oregano over each cheese. Finely dice the onion and thinly slice the garlic. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Add the ingredients to the feta cheese and add part of it to the oil. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with a small baguette.
