Baked smoked pork with pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g smoked pork
  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 2 onions
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the smoked pork in a roasting bag for 1 hour and let cool. Then slice and place in a casserole dish. Place a slice of pineapple on each smoked pork. Sauté the diced onions in a saucepan and add the mushrooms. Stir in a cup of sweet cream, season with salt and pepper, and 2 teaspoons of mustard. Pour the onion and mushroom sauce over the meat and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and a salad.
