Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bunch spring onions
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 200 g cheese (chive cheese)
- Butter, for the (pie) dish
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean and rinse the spring onions, and slice them lengthwise. Place them in a colander with boiling water, then rinse and drain. Roll up the ham slices, cut into 1 cm pieces, and place them in the dish. Arrange the appropriately cut spring onions close together in a star shape on top of the ham. Cut the chive cheese into strips and spread them over the onions. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes. Serves 4 as a starter. Serves 2 as a main course. Serve with: metre-long bread.
