Baked toast with a twist

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 orange(s)
  • 4 slice(s) toast bread (butter toast)
  • some butter
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 tsp cranberries
  • 2 handfuls of cornflakes (Honey Bsss Loops)
  • 4 slices of cheese for topping

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the orange and cut into 4 slices. Toast the bread and spread with butter. Place 1 slice of ham and then 1 slice of orange on the toast. Place 1 teaspoon of cranberries in the center of each orange, then scatter 1/2 handful of Loops on top. Top with the cheese and place in the oven. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
