Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, of your choice
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 packages of vegetables (buttered vegetables), frozen
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta for about 6 minutes; it should still be firm to the bite. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil and add the frozen buttered vegetables. When the vegetables are warm, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Pour the vegetable and sour cream broth into a casserole dish with the pasta and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned.
