- 500 g asparagus
- n. B. Wild garlic pesto
- e.g. butter flakes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- e.g. salt and pepper

easy and fast
Peel the asparagus and place it in a baking dish. Spread with the wild garlic pesto, if desired, and scatter thin flakes of butter evenly over the top. Season with salt and pepper, and spread the vegetable stock and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. This goes well with baguette, which you can then use to dip the sauce.
