Baked Winter Stew with Meat, Potatoes and Beans

  • 2 Pc. Kassel cutlets
  • 1 Pc. Veal schnitzel
  • 2 Pc. Smoked Mettwurst
  • 2 Pc. Potatoes
  • 1 Can Beans white ripe preserve cooked drained
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 0,5 tsp Savory
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried chervil
  • 150 g Grated Gruyère
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Dice the meat and sausages and fry them briefly in a pan. Dice the potatoes and cook them until cooked. Sweat the onions in the butter, add the flour, brown them lightly, deglaze with the stock, remove from the heat and stir in the cream.
  1. Add potatoes, beans, diced meat and spices, add the juice of a lime, bring to the boil briefly. Pour into two ovenproof dishes, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake under the grill for 5 minutes.
