Tomato and Corn Salad with Salsify and Brie
The perfect tomato and corn salad with salsify and brie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes panicles
- 1 Salsify fresh
- 3 tablespoon Corn
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
- 60 g Brie double cream level
- Cubeb pepper
- Salt
- 0,5 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar with fig
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Peel the black salsify (approx. 100 g). Put on gloves! Immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice. Dice the black salsify and fry them with a little clarified butter until crispy.
- Cut the tomatoes and spring onions into slices. Place on a plate with the corn. Add the herbs of Provence. Add the diced salsify. Whisk the balsamic vinegar with the olive oil and pour over the salad.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the sliced brie.
