- 250 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 100 g Butter
- Or margarine
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Knead the flour, sugar, vanilla, butter / margarine and egg, adding 2-3 tablespoons of water. Now cut the dough in half. Knead in the cocoa (and possibly some water) under one half.
- Then divide each half of the dough again into 2-3 parts and shape them into rolls, shape them into a large roll, twist a little, divide another 1-2 times and shape them into a roll each time. The last roll should be approx. 30 cm long, then wrap it in foil and place in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
- Then unwrap again and cut into 5-6mm thick slices. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
