Baking: Nougat Cookies

  • 190 g Butter
  • 115 g Powdered sugar
  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 225 g Flour
  • 100 g Nougat
  • 50 g Couverture whole milk
  1. Mix the butter and powdered sugar until frothy, then add the egg yolks. Stir in the vanilla powder and flour.
  2. Place small heaps of this mixture with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. (If you like, you can also pour the mixture into a piping bag and then squirt it onto a baking sheet.)
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 10-12 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  4. Melt the nougat over a water bath and connect 2 cookies each with it.
  5. Then melt the couverture over a water bath as well. Then fill them in a small piping bag or something similar and decorate the cookies with them as desired. (You can also melt a large amount of couverture and coat the cookies with it.)
