Baking: Nougat Muffins with White Currants

- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Raw nougat mass
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 250 g Flour type 550
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 150 ml Milk
- 250 g Currants white fresh
- Powdered sugar
- Let the butter and nougat melt melt. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and eggs and stir.
- Now add the milk and make a creamy dough that is difficult to fall off the spoon.
- Add the currants from the stems and stir in carefully.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners and divide the batter into it. (makes 12 pieces)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
