Chocolate Muffins with Nougat

The perfect chocolate muffins with nougat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Nut nougat
  • 2 El Chocolate powder
  • 10 Muffin molds
  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Mix in 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder.
  3. Dice the nougat. Pour the batter into 10 muffin tins and leave a little, place the nougat pieces in the batter and cover with the rest of the batter.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Decorate as you wish.
