Baking: Wrong Apple Tart from Pan

The perfect baking: wrong apple tart from pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Apples, sour and big
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Almond brittle *
  • 1 tablespoon Raisins
  • Puff pastry frozen or homemade
  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges.
  2. Sprinkle as much sugar in a pan until the bottom is well covered. Now heat the pan and let the sugar melt. Then sprinkle the brittle on it and now put the apples in.
  3. Sprinkle the fruits with a little sugar and spread the raisins on top.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry a little larger than the pan and place on the apples.
  5. Preheat the pipe to 190 degrees and place the pan in it. Bake until the puff pastry has risen well and has turned light brown.
  6. Now turn the tart out onto a board.
  7. You can either serve it hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or with tonka bean cream or enjoy it cold with an espresso.
