Lukewarm Bean Salad
The perfect lukewarm bean salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g French beans
- 2 Spring onions
- Rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp Cucumber vinegar
- 70 ml Cream
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Remove the ends of the beans, wash and cook in salted water for about 4 minutes. Then strain and quench with ice water.
- Clean the spring onions, cut them as small as possible and mix with 3 tablespoons of oil, vinegar and cream and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the beans and marinate with it.
