Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 ml balsamic vinegar bianco
- 200 ml olive oil, good
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp salad herbs, Italian
- n. B. Sweetener, liquid
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 2 spring onions

ideal for stockpiling
Combine the first seven ingredients in a tall, narrow container and blend with a hand blender. Now peel the spring onions, finely chop them along with some of the leek, and add them to the oil and balsamic mixture. Transfer to a suitable container, such as a screw-top bottle, and store in the vegetable compartment of your refrigerator.
