Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 200 g jelly (currant), red
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 200 ml rapeseed oil
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- n. B. Honey
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. vinegar (raspberry)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
1 liter of salad dressing in stock, very easy and delicious
Mix all ingredients and pour into a bottle with a lid. Add honey, raspberry vinegar, or olive oil if desired. Keeps for about 2 weeks.
