Balsamic dressing with walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 walnuts
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thoroughly mix the water, honey, balsamic vinegar, and oil. Peel the onion and dice it. Crack the nuts, if they weren’t already shelled, and chop them roughly. Add the onions and nuts to the dressing and let it sit in the refrigerator for a while. It goes well with lamb’s lettuce or arugula.
