Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- ½ small onion(s)
- ½ clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp herbs, frozen or dried
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- ½ tsp, leveled salt
- some pepper, mixed, from the mill
- Sweetener, liquid, to taste
- 1 tsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 300 ml olive oil
- Water, to dilute as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
my own creation….
Combine all ingredients except the oil and water in a measuring jug and blend with a hand blender fitted with the multi-blade attachment until the onion and garlic are finely chopped. Add the oil a little at a time and continue stirring until a creamy emulsion forms. Finally, thin with a little water. My tip: This dressing is great for marinating mixed leaf salads.
